Understanding the ECG

We offer a range of courses in interpretation of the ECG, selectively designed to meet the needs of specific groups
These courses are based on a general format of clear explanation, leading to a logical, systematic interpretation scheme.
The standard course is the 3-day course, which has evolved from more than 25 years experience in teaching electrocardiography to junior hospital doctors, general practitioners, nurses, technicians and other healthcare staff.
An extensively illustrated booklet is provided for each course. This guarantees that course delegates have no need to take notes during the presentations and provides an invaluable source of reference subsequently. In relation to the 3-day course, the combined (3) booklets between them involve over 200 pages with more than 280 illustrations and effectively constitute an up to date textbook of electrocardiography.
Laminated A4 sheets of “working guides” are provided at key points during the 3-day course, to summarise the systematic approach to interpretation and to provide a practical aid for subsequent use in the clinical situation
