UNDERSTANDING the ELECTROCARDIOGRAM
3 Day Course

This is our basic ECG training course.

Clear explanations of the normal and of abnormal ECGs are provided and a logical, structured approach to the interpretation of the 12 lead ECG is taught.

Prior knowledge is not assumed, although such knowledge (if soundly based) undoubtedly helps.

The first day is concerned entirely with the establishment and recognition of the criteria for normality (or lack of it). Day 2 is concerned with the recognition of morphological abnormalities and Day 3 with cardiac arrhythmias.

Extensive documentation is provided for each day and there are laminated sheets to provide aide memoires at critical points.
